TOM COLLINS
Chill your cocktail glass. Pour gin, simple syrup and lemon juice into a shaker, fill the shaker with ice, and shake well. Add ice to the cocktail glass, pour the cocktail from the shaker into the glass adding soda water and a slice of lemon.
FIZZ
Cool a serving glass. Pour gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white into a shaker, add two ice cubes, and shake well. Fill the cocktail serving glass with ice, pour the cocktail from the shaker into the glass and top it off with the soda water. Add a slice of lemon and enjoy.
french
Fill shaker with all the ingredients, add 3 ice cubes and shake until ice is melted. Pour into an old fashioned glass with ice cubes. Decorate with lemon peel.
VESPER
Chill a cocktail glass and a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice, pour all cocktail ingredients into the glass, stir gently, and pour the drink from the mixing glass into the cocktail serving glass. Add a lemon twist for the final touch.
gimlet
Cool a coup glass and place ice and ingredients into a shaker. Shake it like you mean it, and pour the cocktail from the shaker into the coupe and add a slice of lime to enjoy this classic cocktail.
dry martini
Cool cocktail glass and mixing glass well. Fill the mixing glass with ice, add Cross Keys gin and dry vermouth, stir or shake very carefully, and pour the cocktail from the mixing glass into a serving glass. Add one green olive for this 007 favourite.
negroni
Chill a serving glass and a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice, ingredients and an orange twist, stir well, and pour the cocktail from the mixing glass into the serving glass with ice. Complete it with an orange twist.
with tonic
Pour Cross Keys Gin into a glass filled with ice, add tonic water and stir with a bar spoon. Add lemon peel and rosemary.
